Star of Life Award 

The American Ambulance Association 2008 Stars of Life Celebration is the most prestigious national event that recognizes and honors dedicated ambulance EMS professionals. The program features meetings with members of Congress on Capitol Hill. The Stars themselves will deliver important information to their U.S. Representatives and Senators on the value of quality ambulance services as a key component of an effective and efficient healthcare system. Greg Boucher, a paramedic with American Medical Response of Worcester has been nominated and selected for a Star of Life to be presented on Monday May 5th in Washington, D.C. Greg worked for 17 hours at the Uxbridge Mill Fire providing rehab services to firefighters. Over 300 firefighters were involved in the Uxbridge Fire and 7 were injured. Congratulations to Greg for his dedication to EMS and the community!
