  • Considerations in Pediatric Care 2012 sponsored by MA EMSC and MA OEMS.

    Please join us for our one-day workshops in Pediatric Care, including a panel discussion about local data use to identify EMS pediatric training needs, and an interactive Town Hall Discussion on Pediatric Education Needs in MA. 6 Hours of Continuing Education has been applied for.

    Workshops are offered in two locations. $10 registration fee covers program, continental breakfast, lunch and coffee break.

Region II CMED Operations Continuing Education Program

This two (2) hour OEMS approved program is offered free of charge to services paying CMED dues to Region II.  The course may be delivered at CMEMSC/CMED (Holden) or at your classroom location.

EMTs of all levels will gain insight into the operations of EMS Region II Central Medical Emergency Direction (CMED).  EMTs will learn how to provide clear and concise entry notifications in accordance with Worcester CMED’s recommendations. A review of Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) procedures associated with CMED as well as how to activate MCI resources will also be covered.
