Notice: Laerdal Recall of Compact Suction Unit 4s Manufactured between 5/1/2015 and 10/28/2016

Please see the attached letter from Laerdal, for information about the recall it has announced for its Compact Suction Unit 4 (LCSU4), in response to reported instances that the device’s on/off button is sometimes unable to turn the unit off, and that the device may sometimes turn on by itself.
