Dear EMS Colleagues,

This is a reminder that the new custom element Stroke Scale Score Value (itVitals.055) is required in MATRIS for stroke incidents starting Thursday 12/1/2022. 

The validation rule that was added to the Schematron file implemented in November only enforces the Stroke Scale Score Value(itVitals.055) when the Date Unit Notified by Dispatch Date/Time (eTimes.03) is after 12/1/2022 00:00.
